Questions

What does research use only mean?

Auralen products are reference materials sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical application, food, cosmetic, or therapeutic purposes, and sale is restricted to qualified researchers and laboratory professionals.

Does every size have a certificate?

26 of the 50 sizes have a published COA today. For the others, a COA is available on request.

Why does checkout ask what kind of researcher I am?

We sell only to qualified researchers. Checkout asks for your researcher type, for example an academic lab, a contract research organization or an analytical lab, and for a research-use confirmation. The EIN or tax ID field is optional.

How do I pay?

By credit or debit card at checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. An 8% card processing fee is added, and it shows as its own line in the order summary before you place the order.

Can I order the same thing again?

Yes. Completed orders in your account have an Order again button that puts the same items back in your cart.
